DESCRIPTION:

Beautiful route that runs along the banks of the river Loio where we can enter into a wonderful forest of riverbank that remains intact over the centuries.
We start in the town center of Paradela, next to the health center and soon it introduces us in the forest in a descent by land track towards the river. This first section can be accessed by 4×4, but once we reach the river, we must cross a wooden bridge and enter the forest thicket.
Along the way we are accompanied by the whispering of the waters of the river and the birds that populate the dense grove that surrounds us.
We crossed the river in several points by picturesque wooden pontils in a path without many complications.
In the last section we left the river bank and walked about 1 km along a stretch of local road with hardly any traffic. In this section we are spectators of the care landscape of Paradela that the man has spoiled to be able to live sustainably of the resources that the earth gives him.
